Terms of Service

ColosseumHQ is a client workspace operated by The Colosseum Company for organizations that have engaged Colosseum to produce gameday presentation content. It is provided in connection with that engagement, not as a standalone product.

Accounts are granted by Colosseum or by an administrator at your organization. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Access may be changed or removed at your organization’s request or when an engagement ends.

Use HQ only for your organization’s work with Colosseum. Do not attempt to access another organization’s data, disrupt the service, or upload content you do not have the rights to share.

You keep ownership of the assets and information you upload. You grant Colosseum permission to use them as needed to produce and deliver the work you have engaged us for.

Ownership, licensing, payment, and delivery of production work are governed by the written agreement between your organization and Colosseum. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement controls.

We work to keep HQ available and accurate, but it is provided as is. Dates, statuses, and figures shown here reflect our internal records at the time you view them and may change as a build progresses.
